Black jack 21

It is normally played with a banker as the dealer with up to 7 players independently playing against the banker.

All the face cards (Jack, Queen and King) has a value of ten. The objective is to have a better card value against the banker without having the hand total above 21.

The game starts with each player placing a bet of their choice and the dealer gives 2 cards for each player and the banker. When the initial 2 card hand of any one totals 21- it is a black jack and it is immediately a winner.

Each player will have a turn to collect additional cards as they would determine. - Hit- to ask for an additional card. - Stand- to take no more cards.

- Double Down- this option is applicable only while the player has 2 cards. It will allow the player to double the initial bet but will be allowed only one more card to take.

- Split- this option is applicable if the first 2 cards of the player are the same. The player will now be considered as playing with 2 hands.

If the dealer's card value is 16 or below, another card must given. When the dealer's hand is more than 21 all the players that is still playing wins. The banker cannot have an additional card once the card value is 17 of more.

The winner determined based on each player and banker's hand value. An equal card value means a "push" and the player's bet is returned.

Super Fun 21 is another interesting blackjack variant. This game is played with one deck of 52 cards. The basic rules are the same as traditional blackjack rules. However, this game does have different features that make it special.

Super Fun 21 is played with 1 deck, which is probably its main advantage.

Rules of Super Fun 21 Blackjack

• Each player gets two cards face up and the dealer’s cards are one face up and one face down.
• The dealer hits on soft 17. Each player may split to 4 times and is allowed to Double Down after he splits.
• Players can re-split Aces and 10-valued cards are also allowed to re-split.
• Surrendering is also allowed.

Additional Super Fun 21 rules

• If the player has blackjack, he always wins, even against the dealer’s blackjack.
• If a player has a hand of 6 or more cards that total 20 like - 2♣ 3♦ 2♠ 3♥ 4♦ 5♠ or less he beats the dealer even if he has a blackjack.
• Any 5 or more — card  player hand that totals 21 like 2♣ 3♦ 4♠ K♥ A♠  pays off 2:1.
• A Diamond blackjack (Jack and Ace of diamonds) pays 2:1

However, no casino would create a game that is in favor of the player all the time. This game has its pitfalls. Player blackjack pays even money.

Blackjack is a very simple card game to play in Casino. Face cards have a value of 10 and each of the number cards retains their face value. In some Blackjack games, the hole is not drawn until all the players have played their hands.

No matter how many players are on the table, the hand to beat is the house or dealer hand. If the dealer goes bust, all players who have not will win.

Splitting pairs gives Blackjack players the option to split a pair of identical value cards i.e. 2 sevens into two separate hands and a second bet to cover additional hand. In all games, the Blackjack player is allowed the choice to ask for one or more cards depending on the value of the initial hand. The player can also elect to keep to the original cards and hope it beats the dealer's hand. The Blackjack player indicates a wish to stand by placing his hand flat on his cards in a face up game or sliding the cards under the bet in a hand held game.

Strategies in Blackjack

The basic strategy in winning in Blackjack is making calculated guesses on the probable outcomes of the cards by considering the player's hand and the card revealed by the dealer. The simplest rule in Blackjack is that if the face up card of the dealer is 7or higher, the player must consider it likely the hole is a 10-value card, and must hit if the player hand is 16 or less. If, however, the dealer's face up card is 6, and the player hand is 16, it would be best to stand.

If the player hand totals 9 and the dealer reveals 2 or 7 and above, the player should hit. If the dealer hand is 3, 4, 5 or 6, the player should double down

With a dealer hand of 10 or Ace, the player should hit.

If the player hand is 11, and the dealer face up card is 2 through 10, the player should double down. A player should hit if an ace is the dealer card.

If the player hand total 12, and the dealer has a 2, 3 or 7 and higher the player should hit. However, if the dealer shows a 4, 5 or 6, the player should stand.

With a player hand of 17 to 21, stand at all times regardless of the dealer card.
